Entry requirements

To be admitted to this course, applicants must meet the following general admission requirements:

NCEA Level 2 with passes in English/Te Reo M膩ori, OR Equivalent Educational achievement, OR Completed the New Zealand Certificate in Exercise (Level 4), OR Completed the New Zealand Certificate in Freestyle Group Exercise (Level 4), OR Special admission and satisfactory police vetting

For applicants for whom English is not their first language, evidence of language competency may be required. Police vettingAll applicants will be required to provide a signed Police Vetting consent form. Convictions will not necessarily prevent applicants from entering the course and聽reviewed聽on a case by case basis. Special admissionApplicants who do not meet the academic requirements may be given special admission if they can provide evidence that they are capable of achieving the course outcomes. Special admission may also apply for applicants over 20 years.
